1. What CAFEED is

CAFEED is an app for discovering cafés, logging the ones you have visited, and sharing photos and opinions with other people. It works on your phone and in the browser (www.cafeedclub.com/app), with the same account and the same rules. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings.

3. Content you post

Posts, photos, comments and cafés you add remain yours, but you allow us to display them within the app. Only post photos you have the right to use.

4. Zero tolerance for offensive content

You may not post offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual or illegal content, spam, or content that harasses other people. Anyone can report posts, comments, messages and profiles, and block users. Text with offensive words is blocked automatically. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

5. Café information

Café data comes from OpenStreetMap and from entries added by the community, and may be out of date. Use the "Report a problem" button to let us know about mistakes.

6. Sponsored content

Partner cafés may be featured on the map and have posts and promotions in the app. All sponsored content is labelled "Sponsored". Promotions are the responsibility of each café; CAFEED does not sell or guarantee third-party products.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. When a change is important, we will let you know in the app.
